Over the last 20 years, Mr. Amster has built his career in finance and real estate workingas a financial consultant for commercial businesses. Over this time, he involved himself in commercial bankruptcies, bank workouts and liquidation of distressed assets for operating companies and corporate real estate. He has been involved in over $500 Million in transactions during his career.

Brian has adapted his previous analysis and negotiating skills working through difficult situations to develop a successful real estate partnership in the metropolitan Phoenix area. He has been an active real estate investor in California and Arizona for the last 10 years.

Mr. Amster is a native Phoenician, attending Arcadia High School and earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University. He holds an Arizona Real Estate License, and has been selected in the Maricopa County Superior Court of Arizona Family Court as a Real Estate Special Commissioner.  He also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation for Short Sale specialization.

Previously, Ms. Dunn worked for more than 10 years in banking and insurance operations management. She has taken this experience and applied it with the legal and contractual aspects of real estate transactions. This has proven to be an invaluable asset in building her real estate practice.

Michelle has a keen working knowledge of real estate, working as an investor in California, Texas, and Arizona for the past 20 years. She is truly devoted to her clients, placing special emphasis on integrity and disclosure of all elements of real estate transactions. Ms. Dunn is a native of Santa Barbara, California, and has been an Arizona resident for the last 10 years.

Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas. She holds an Arizona Real Estate License, and has been selected in the Maricopa County Superior Court of Arizona family court as a Real Estate Special Commissioner.

Stacie has become a master of transaction management.  Once the contract is approved by both the buyer and the seller, she takes on the responsibility of coordinating inspections, mortgage brokers, title companies and the rest of the army of people that are involved during the transaction process for our clients.  She is known for her problem solving abilities, her wonderful personality, and her excellent client care.  As the Transaction Manager for Urban AZ Group, she has saved the day time and time again!

Stacie moved to Scottsdale from Los Angeles, California, where she was born and raised.  Stacie is a licensed REALTOR® in California and Arizona for 11 years.  While living in California, she successfully sold real estate at Prudential-Jon Douglas Realtors in San Marino, California.  Stacie has been licensed in Arizona for 5 years working as a Transaction Coordinator, initially working at Re/Max Fine Properties in Scottsdale, and has been with Keller Williams Southwest Realty since March 2004
